You work at The Company, who regularly complicates The Machine's controls making your job harder and harder as the weeks go on.
You play day by day working for The Company’s factory operating The Machine. You use a panel of buttons & meters to progress through the day while making sure you don’t run out of power or overheat The Machine. The Company regularly complicates The Machine's controls more and more as the weeks go on.

this is super fun! im having a great time with this honestly, keeps me on the edge of my seat. i think the sound design is really good too, all the noises everything makes plus the lack of music during the levels makes it feel more like you're working a factory job. really good stuff!
it's like the opposite of an incremental game in the most beautiful way
instead of a simple task getting exponentially more efficient as the player gets lost in the optimisation, it's a simple task getting logarithmically more complicated as the player enters a flow state then gradually realises what once took ten seconds now takes thirty seconds, a minute, five minutes
it's a battle against entropy and a system that doesn't care about your needs, and also you get to pull levers and press buttons wheeee
